1:1 LPN for Extended School Year 2026 (4 days, high school)

High School Nursing Position

1:1 nursing services for a student with complex medical needs four days a week for 4.5 hours per day (7:15-11:45). Knowledge of first aid, crisis response, and medication administration, use of oxygen in schools is required. Duties may involve lifting, including use of a hoyer lift, hygiene needs, mobility support, and physical management. Experience with state health regulations, medically complex students, and special education documentation is preferred. This role also includes supporting the student with academic/functional skills tasks and use of assistive technology tools under the direction of special education certified staff. Hourly rate is $36.10 per hour.
