Technical Program Product Manager III

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager for an immediate opening with a productivity and security team. The role involves developing and managing projects for new consumer-facing payments products, requiring execution with high degrees of security, performance, availability, and reliability. This position serves as a liaison between external payment services and all internal customers who utilize the infrastructure.

Location: Bellevue, Washington (Onsite)

COMPENSATION: $64 - $74 HOURLY

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage projects for new consumer-facing payments products.
• Define requirements, plan delivery, and design web-sites and features.
• Act as a bridge between External Payment Services and all internal customers.
• Work with engineers and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Drive the deployment of new products by working with the business side of projects.

Required Qualifications

Education: An undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of industry experience as a software developer or technical lead is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• A track record of working effectively across different groups within an organization.
• A record of successful delivery of software products from conception through customer deployment.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with strong product and program management skills.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners to achieve objectives.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
