Part-time General Warehouse Associate (Loader) - 4AM-9AM

Location & Schedule Where: Tampa, FL 33619 Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00AM-9:00AM. NO WEEKENDS!! Job Type & Compensation Type: Part Time, Non-Exempt Wage: starts at $16.50 Benefits Medical Dental Vision 401K Paid‑Time Off Sick Time Tuition Reimbursement Job Summary Works in multiple departments within a distribution center, including case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, and replenishment. Operates material handling equipment to move inventory within the facility. Responsibilities Use material handling equipment to locate and deliver products, supplies, and equipment to designated areas. Assist with staging and loading orders into trucks for customer delivery. Verify quantity and quality of incoming products from vendors and distribution centers. Use packing list information to collect items for customer orders, including building and wrapping pallets of products. Examine and inspect stock items for wear and defects and notify management of inventory issues. Return misplaced products to proper storage areas. Maintain a clean working environment in accordance with company safety policies. Perform inventory control functions as needed. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Ability to pass a drug test. Ability to lift up to 50lbs, walk, move, push, and pull product throughout the day. Willingness to train to operate forklifts, clamp, electric pallet jacks, or similar equipment. Experience separating, staging, and loading freight. MHE/forklift experience. High school diploma or GED strongly preferred; 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility preferred. Work Environment Typically located in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noises, and fumes. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes. Repetitive movements such as using a 10‑key or calculator, bending, or squatting. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
