Prior experience in working R&D area of internal systems and tools is a plus.

Technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, tools and process.

Strong project management skills who can holistically plan out each milestone leading up to launch.

Analytically focused and able to leverage business insights to make well informed decisions.

Strong communication skills to represent Client Service when working with stakeholders.

Open innovation mindset to initiate and guide collaborative R&D programs and to conceptualize.

Ability to map gaps in knowledge and capabilities, and technology offering, with an outlook of 2 to 5 years from market introduction.

Ability to work in a cross functional environment with geographically dispersed team members.

Ability to thrive in an environment requiring significant multitasking/content switching.

Ability to work under limited supervision in defining initial goals and addressing complex issues.

Prior working experience product/programmanaging R&D initiatives.

Knowledge or experience working on internal tools in support of an operations team.

5-7 years of product or program management experience.

Exceptional project and product and program management skills, with demonstrated experience delivering on a deadline and managing crossfunctional stakeholders.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

BS or master degree in Information Management Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
