Surgery RN

The Surgery RN delivers care to patients undergoing operative or other invasive procedures. The RN addresses the psychological and socio-cultural needs of surgical patients and their support persons. Care begins when the patient is informed of the need for an operative or invasive procedure. Care ends when the patient returns to their usual roles and responsibilities.
