Reentry Case Manager: Help Adults Build Stable Futures

Bridgeways is seeking a Reentry Case Manager for the Jail Transition Program in Everett, WA. You will independently manage a caseload of 20–30 clients, meeting them in jails and in Snohomish County to plan successful reentry and connect them with housing, health care, and other resources. The role emphasizes independent work, relationship-building, problem-solving, and timely EMR documentation, with a daytime Mon–Fri schedule and home office in Everett. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bridgeways
