Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient recovery and functional goals
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
• Maintain valid state-issued photo identification and wear a photo badge at all times while on-site

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Washington
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior contract or travel therapy experience
• Ability to adapt quickly to a new clinical environment with minimal onboarding
