Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a BTR-Marketing Manager. The right candidate is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan for D.R. Horton’s Build-to-Rent (BTR) operations. This role will focus on design and implementation of impactful marketing strategies that resonate with prospective buyers, drive revenue growth, and elevate brand awareness.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Develop, execute, and refine a strategic marketing plan aligned with company goals for rental communitiesDrive engagement and brand awareness with our BTR Marketplace through a reliable, easy-to-use platform that creates superior experiences for BTR investorsFacilitate visibility of investment opportunities with efficient presentation and follow-upReview marketing materials and coordinate property information packages prepared according to company guidelines and branding standardsIdentify opportunities to improve marketing processes, operational efficiencies, workflow management, content enhancement, and reportingCollaborate with internal and external teams to integrate digital marketing, communications (CRM), market knowledge, and research into successful rental community transactionsMaintain and evolve branding standards, templates, and best practices for business development and marketing materialsWork with business leaders to draft engaging visual, narrative, community-specific contentAnalyze performance and manage expenses to optimize ongoing marketing effortsSupport client engagement initiatives that strengthen business relationships.Maintain library of marketing collateralGuide the team on sales enhancement effortsSupport Multifamily marketing efforts nationally as opportunities arise and as directedConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to travel overnightSupervisory ResponsibilitiesMay have supervisory responsibilitiesQualificationsEducation and/or ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Advertising, or related field requiredMinimum of 5 years of marketing and/or business development experienceDemonstrate a desire to work independently and with various departments within the companyHigh energy level, creativity, and ability to critically evaluate resultsProven ability to innovate and implement through current and emerging technologiesAbility to work under pressure and maintain professional demeanorStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work successfully in a service-oriented environment with several stakeholdersOrganizational and time management skillsAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsProficiency with MS Office and emailAbility to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
