Real Estate Specialist

The Real Estate Specialist will support the Real Estate, Market Research, & Store Development groups. We are looking for someone who has strong Microsoft Excel skills. Our ideal candidate would be organized, motivated, excellent at multitasking, have strong customer service and problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn and grow. Create detailed and in-depth Microsoft Excel reports for management Serve as a point of contact for vendors, tenants, and members Process monthly utility billings and invoices Process and track receivables and payables for rent and rent related items Ensure accurate records are kept across multiple programs and reports Schedule, monitor, and track the progress of maintenance requests for members and tenants Market Research Duties and Responsibilities: Billing studies for AWG member & non-members (Including coordinating with internal departments) Tracking and processing software invoices Training would be provided for the use of CoStar, Placer AI and GIS platforms to pull data reports Associated Wholesale Grocers, Inc.
