Job Title: Accounting Advisory Senior Consultant Location: Miami, Florida Henderson Drake is partnering with a fast-growing advisory firm to find a Senior Consultant who brings genuine technical accounting depth and the confidence to operate at the front of complex, high-stakes engagements. The client base spans pre-IPO businesses, publicly listed companies, and private equity-backed organisations, each presenting its own set of transaction pressures and accounting challenges. M&A, carve-outs, and IPO readiness form the backbone of the firm's work, and the people delivering it need to be as comfortable with ambiguity as they are with the technical detail. The firm was founded by former Big Four professionals with a deliberate intention to keep things focused, technically rigorous, and free from unnecessary hierarchy.
