Location convenient to the Route 105 and G bus routes!

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team at Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for our Weekend Program! As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, while also contributing to a positive and supportive environment.

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and other medical needs
• Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning of residents as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care
• Participate in shifts as assigned, including weekends and potential overtime
• Support the development of a positive and respectful environment among residents, families, and staff
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania•
• Previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Ability to lift and move patients as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

• Weekend positions offer base pay + $4 hourly for every weekend work!

• 8 and 16 hour schedules available!

• Option for additional “pay in lieu” differential for eligible employees who opt out of benefits.
