A premier Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice in New York's Finger Lakes region is seeking a new surgeon to join its team.

Established more than 65 years ago, our practice has been built on clinical excellence, integrity, collegiality, and an unwavering commitment to patient care. Every surgeon who has joined our practice over the decades arrived from larger metropolitan training or practice environments. In fact, the average tenure of our surgeons is approximately 30 years. The Practice

• Two modern office locations

• 100% referral-based, fee-for-service practice

• No hospital call

• Four-and-one-half day work week

• Strong emphasis on:

  • Wisdom teeth surgery

  • Dental implants

  • Dentoalveolar surgery

  • Oral pathology

• Access to a Day Surgery Center for selected cases

• Dedicated Implant Educational Center supporting a robust referral network

Our surgeons are supported by an exceptional clinical team that includes:

• 3 full-time Registered Nurses

• 2 part-time Registered Nurses

• 3 full-time Licensed Practical Nurses

• 3 full-time Dental Assistants

This level of support allows our surgeons to focus on delivering outstanding patient care while maintaining an enviable work-life balance.

Compensation & Partnership

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who is enthusiastic about building a long-term future and pursuing partnership.

Year One

• $400,000 guaranteed base salary

• Structured bonus program with earning potential exceeding $550,000

• $25,000 signing bonus

• 4 weeks paid vacation and continuing education

Year Two and Beyond

• Partnership track begins

• Exceptionally reasonable pathway to ownership

• Up to 7 weeks vacation and continuing education
