Salary: $35000-$42,000
What your future day will look like:
- Take payments from renters
- Manage Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
- Collect payments on delinquent accounts
- Process credit card transactions
- Inspect properties and property grounds
- Intake work orders and relay to maintenance staff
- Create and distribute rental agreements and eviction notices
- Connect and disconnect utilities

- 1+ years of property management experience
- General accounting knowledge
- Clean personal credit
- Spanish fluency a plus
