Property Management Assistant

What your future day will look like:

Take payments from renters
Manage Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
Collect payments on delinquent accounts
Process credit card transactions
Inspect properties and property grounds
Intake work orders and relay to maintenance staff
Create and distribute rental agreements and eviction notices
Connect and disconnect utilities

1+ years of property management experience
General accounting knowledge
Clean personal credit
Spanish fluency a plus
