An exciting opportunity is available for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist to join a thriving women’s health practice in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This is a full-scope position offering the chance to provide high-quality OB/GYN care in a well-supported, patient-centered environment that emphasizes collaboration, efficiency, and work-life balance.

The clinical model is built around a modern, team-based approach to women’s healthcare, with support from a multidisciplinary team that includes CNMs, LCSWs, lactation consultants, educators, and other specialists. The practice combines innovative care delivery with integrated technology platforms designed to enhance both patient engagement and provider workflow.

This role includes:

• Full-spectrum obstetrical and gynecological care, including opportunities for surgical procedures

• A supportive call structure: OB/GYNs provide backup to CNM hospitalists with PRN pool support for vacations and extended leave

• More days off than typical call models

• Access to a national support network and quality improvement initiatives

• On-site resources and tech platforms to optimize both patient care and clinical efficiency

Ideal candidates will have:

• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology

• A strong interest in team-based care, particularly OB/CNM collaborative models

• Active Florida medical license (or eligibility)

• One or more years of clinical experience preferred

• A patient-centered philosophy that values shared decision-making and holistic care

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
