Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document findings clearly, provide constructive feedback, and communicate recommendations to stakeholders at different organizational levels.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with operational teams, leadership, trainers, and other cross-functional partners to implement quality initiatives and improve processes.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
