Key Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona SLP State License and Educator Certificate
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Fluency in a second language (bilingual SLP)
• Previous experience in K-8 educational settings preferred
• Ability to travel within the district for onsite evaluations
• Strong communication, collaborative, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive bilingual speech and language evaluations for students across K-8th grade
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and other team members to interpret results and plan interventions
• Prepare detailed evaluation reports according to district and state guidelines
• Participate in eligibility meetings and provide expert input regarding student needs
• Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal requirements
• Offer recommendations for communication goals and classroom strategies to support students
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource for culturally responsive and linguistically appropriate evaluation practices
