Lou Lou's Tavern is now open at The Refinery , and we're looking for a dependable Host / Hostess to join our front of house team . Our chef-driven menu is built on thoughtful preparation, consistent execution, and quality ingredients in an approachable tavern setting.

Inspired by The Refinery’s historic train system, Lou Lou’s is a vibey, welcoming tavern - big booths, a lively bar, outdoor seating, and a natural connection to the venue’s live music culture. With upcoming concerts and large-scale activations, this will be a high-energy environment where hospitality and momentum go hand in hand.

Responsibilities :

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service

• Greet guests and enhance their dining and live music experience

• Keep a clean and organized section or workspace

• Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth service

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 - 2 years of high volume restaurant experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Professional appearance and demeanor

Standards We Expect:

• Consistent, high-level guest service

• Suggestive selling and menu knowledge

• Clean-as-you-go mentality

• Strong attention to detail
