Eligible candidates also receive a relocation bonus. Role Overview As a Registered Nurse in Med‑Surg, Orthopedics, and Trauma, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care. Your voice will influence patient care through collaboration with managers, hospital councils, and national nursing initiatives. Responsibilities Assess patients during admission and each shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in status. Perform procedures, monitor patient condition, and document care in the medical record as ordered by providers. Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response, and address unintended reactions promptly. Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on condition, treatment plan, medications, side effects, and follow‑up, ensuring clear understanding. Qualifications Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of start date. No travel required. No prior experience required.
