Description Registered Nurse Supervisor We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead and oversee nursing staff within our healthcare facility. Schedule: 7p-7a bi-weekly schedule Monday, Tuesday, Sat, Sun, Thurs, Fri Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care. Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide mentorship, training, and performance evaluations for nursing team members. Collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and administrative staff to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor patient care quality and safety, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to healthcare regulations and hospital policies. Participate in staffing and scheduling to meet patient care needs and maintain optimal staffing levels. Requirements Skills and Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or region. Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a healthcare setting. Strong clinical knowledge and skills across a variety of nursing disciplines. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and support a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
