Position Overview An open rank, fixed-term Comprehensive Ophthalmologist position is available in the Department of Ophthalmology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Responsibilities include a strong commitment to clinical care, resident teaching and supervision, and medical student teaching. Rank and salary are commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Provide clinical services to patients; teach and supervise ophthalmology residents and medical students. Minimum Education & Experience Successful completion of an approved residency in Ophthalmology and demonstration of excellence in all scholarly and training activities. Board certification or eligibility, and eligibility for licensure in North Carolina. Preferred Qualifications Board certification or eligibility, and eligibility for licensure in North Carolina.
