Fuel & Lube Technician

Keep the gear running. Keep production moving. Earn a solid paycheck. Ledcor is looking for skilled Fuel & Lube Technicians to join our teams in Nevada and Idaho. If you take pride in your work, know your way around heavy equipment, and want steady, long-term workthis is the job for you. You'll play a key role keeping machines fueled, maintained, and ready to go.

Essential Responsibilities:

Safely fuel and service heavy equipment using a lube/service truck
Perform daily inspections and flag repair or maintenance needs
Keep oils, lubricants, and service supplies stocked and organized
Work closely with maintenance and operations to minimize downtime
Follow all company, client, and MSHA safety requirements
Take ownership of equipment readiness and site safety

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience as a Lube Tech or similar role
Solid understanding of heavy equipment servicing and components
MSHA Part 48 Metal/Nonmetal required (support provided for updates)
Clean driver's abstract (dated within 30 days)
Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing

Work Conditions:

Rotating shifts, 1012 hours per day
Overtime paid after 40 hours
