Job Title: Senior Developer

Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in NOVATIME and a strong background in Workforce Management. The ideal candidate will have 7 10 years of experience in frontend development, demonstrating a deep understanding of user interface design and implementation. You will be responsible for creating dynamic and responsive web applications that enhance user experience while ensuring seamless integration with backend services.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high quality frontend applications using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Implement user interface components and integrate them with backend services.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development and workforce management.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience with NOVATIME and its integration into frontend applications.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• In depth knowledge of Workforce Management systems and their functionalities.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and methodologies.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of accessibility and web standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7 10 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Proven track record of delivering high quality web applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

The pay range for this role is $85,000- $90,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
