Patient Care Tech (BHT)

Job Title Patient Care Technician (PCT) Overview Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering programs throughout Arizona, including residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to behavioral health patients under the medical direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) in person or telephonically, as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team. Perform tasks as directed and delegated by the RN, Lead PCT, Operations Supervisor, Operations Administrator, or Program Manager. Contribute to unit safety by identifying environmental and patient-specific safety concerns and elevating them to the RN, RN Manager, Operations Supervisor, or designee as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred. Minimum of 6 months of healthcare-related experience providing exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations.
