Step into a rewarding contract assignment as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting elementary students and making a meaningful impact this academic year. This October through February opportunity offers a consistent, on-site schedule at a single elementary school serving grades K–5—no travel between sites required. You’ll work closely with an experienced SLP, delivering both direct therapy and comprehensive case management within a collaborative, well-supported school environment.

Position Details:

• Duration: October – February
• Schedule: Full-time, 8:35 AM – 3:35 PM
• Setting: Elementary school (grades K–5)
• Caseload: Case management for 6 students; total service responsibilities include 19 students with IEPs and 19 intervention students
• Built-in support: On-site collaboration with another SLP, plus paid administrative and team meeting time

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations, provide individualized therapy, and develop targeted interventions for elementary students
• Manage IEP caseload efficiently: write goals, track progress, and maintain compliance documentation
• Foster open communication and effective partnerships with parents, general and special education teachers, and multidisciplinary team members
• Attend and contribute to required meetings, utilizing paid indirect time to complete administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
• Successful completion of background check and fingerprint clearance prior to placement
• Prior experience in elementary school settings is highly desirable, but not required—travel professionals and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
