About the Role

PAI3 Labs is looking for a Client Solution Analyst (CSA) to join our team in Cary, North Carolina.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can understand a client's real-world workflow, translate it into clear product requirements, test AI-powered solutions end-to-end, identify gaps and defects, and work directly with engineers and delivery management until the solution is ready for client acceptance.

This is not a traditional customer support role . You will work closely with AI engineers, data analysts, delivery managers, and clients to validate AI agents, system integrations, data flows, and complete client workflows used in real operational environments.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication skills, and enough technical understanding to work effectively between clients and engineering teams.

What You'll Do

• Understand client business and operational workflows and translate them into clear functional requirements and test scenarios.
• Test AI agents from the end-user and client perspective , not just individual technical features.
• Perform end-to-end acceptance testing across multiple AI agents, applications, integrations, and data flows.
• Verify that information moves correctly between source systems, AI agents, client records, and downstream applications.
• Create structured test scenarios, testing guides, acceptance documents, and feedback forms
• Document PASS/FAIL results, defects, blockers, expected behavior, and reproducible steps
• Verify engineering fixes and perform regression testing before releases.
• Identify incomplete, incorrect, duplicated, missing, or improperly categorized data.
• Validate generated forms, PDFs, summaries, emails, reports, and other AI-generated outputs against source data.
• Work directly with engineers to clearly explain issues and verify that fixes resolve the actual client problem.
• Prepare AI agents and other solutions for client demonstrations and acceptance.
• Guide clients through acceptance testing and help them provide structured feedback.
• Collect client feedback and translate it into actionable requirements, defects, improvements, and backlog items.
• Maintain accurate delivery, testing, ownership, and status information in Asana
• Help determine whether a solution is truly ready for release based on testing and supporting evidence—not simply because development has been completed.
• Follow issues through the entire lifecycle: discovery ? documentation ? development/fix ? testing ? retesting ? client acceptance

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is comfortable investigating problems independently, communicating with both technical and non-technical people, and asking the right questions when requirements or expected behavior are unclear.

Strong candidates will have:

• 2+ years of experience in Solutions Analysis, Business Analysis, QA, Implementation, Product Operations , or a similar role.
• Experience with functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), acceptance testing, or end-to-end workflow testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to understand complex workflows involving multiple applications, integrations, and data sources.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies between source data and system-generated results.
• Ability to write clear test cases, bug reports, acceptance criteria, requirements, and testing documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence communicating directly with engineers, delivery managers, and clients.
• Ability to organize findings and distinguish between defects, blockers, improvements, and future backlog items.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow a problem through resolution rather than simply reporting it.
• Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology is a plus, but not required.

Technical Skills

You do not need to be a software engineer, but you should be technically comfortable and willing to investigate how systems interact.

Experience with some of the following is valuable:

• Asana, Jira, or similar project-management systems
• APIs and system integrations
• JSON or other structured data
• Web applications
• CRM or similar business platforms
• Microsoft 365
• Salesforce
• AI/LLM-based applications
• Basic understanding of frontend and backend systems
• Data validation and data-flow testing
• Browser developer tools, logs, or API responses

The ability to investigate technical issues beyond simply reporting that "something doesn't work" is a strong plus.

What Success Looks Like

A successful Client Solution Analyst at PAI3 should be able to take a new AI agent, feature, or integration and independently determine:

• What is it supposed to do?
• How should the client use it?
• What systems and data does it depend on?
• What is the expected end-to-end workflow?
• How should we test it?
• Is the data flowing correctly between systems?
• What is working and what is not?
• What defects or blockers need to be resolved?
• Can the client begin acceptance testing?
• What evidence demonstrates that the solution is ready for release?

We are looking for someone who does not stop at "the feature works."

You should be able to verify that the complete client workflow works correctly from beginning to end and clearly document the evidence supporting that conclusion.

This is an on-site position . Candidates should be able to work regularly from our Cary, NC office and collaborate directly with the Delivery, AI Engineering, Data, and Client teams.
