Legal Administrative Specialist Litigation (Hybrid)
A leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Specialist to support a fast-paced litigation team. This role requires strong administrative and document skills, with a heavy emphasis on state and federal e-filing.
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote; initial training onsite)
Compensation: $86K$105K
Hours: 37.5 hour workweek + overtime
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage attorney calendars, meetings, and deadlines
- Prepare, edit, and format legal documents and correspondence
- Handle state and federal e-filings (critical requirement)
- Assemble filings, exhibits, and signature packets; perform redlining
- Coordinate travel, expenses, and billing support
- Maintain case files and assist with research and litigation support
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of administrative experience in a law firm
- Strong litigation support background
- Proven experience with state and federal court filings
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and PDF tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
