- 7+ years of Traffic Engineering
- Civil Engineering degree with PE license
- Corridor Studies, Traffic Impact Studies
- PE and PTOE
- PENNDOT experience
- Signal Design, Timing Studies, Striping
- VISSIM, SIDRA
- Onramps and exits
- Hybrid work
