Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and detailed evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, tailoring therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies, to facilitate healing and support clients.

• Collaborate effectively with a network of professionals, including case managers, psychiatrists, and healthcare providers, to ensure a seamless continuum of care for clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring that appropriate safety measures and follow-up care are in place.

• Participate in community outreach efforts and educational initiatives to promote mental health resources and reduce stigma associated with mental illness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a unique demographic of clients, including underserved populations facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Attractive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
