Project Manager

Responsibilities Manage assigned aspects of contract performance, ensuring alignment with the Navy’s Large Enterprise Network goals. Serve as a primary liaison between project teams and government stakeholders, including PEO Digital, PMW 205, and NIWC Pacific. Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective execution. Direct teams in implementing engineering, technical, and sustainment activities supporting Navy IT modernization, including Zero Trust, Cloud, and Network Convergence efforts. Ensure compliance with contract deliverables, performance standards, and reporting requirements. Lead and mentor project staff, fostering collaboration and professional development. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and project effectiveness. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, MIS, or Business. 10+ years of direct work experience managing C4ISR or similar DoD projects. Prior experience leading teams or managing staff Strong leadership, strategic planning, and organizational abilities. Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DoD procurement policies. Ability to communicate effectively with senior government and contractor personnel. Familiarity with The Navy’s Large Enterprise Networks, NMCI, ONE-NET, or similar IT programs. US citizen Secret clearance Desired Qualifications PMP certification or DAWIA Level 2-3 in Program Management (preferred). Experience managing large engineering and sustainment projects within a DoD environment. Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance frameworks and cloud modernization strategies.
