Debes tener:
- Transporte hacia y desde el trabajo para todos los turnos programados, posible ms de 40 horas por semana.
- Conocimientos bsicos de informtica, incluidos correo electrnico, Internet, dispositivos mviles y software de punto de venta.
- Voluntad de jugar roles y practicar habilidades fuera de su zona de confort.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicacin escrita y verbal. Capacidad para construir relaciones y adaptarse a una base de clientes diversa.

- Experiencia previa en venta minorista de servicios inalmbricos, servicio al cliente o en un entorno basado en ventas.

- Compromiso de ayudar a su comunidad local y establecer contactos para ayudar a alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.
Lo que hars cada da:
- Facilite las ventas minoristas de dispositivos celulares y servicios inalmbricos mientras demuestra un excelente servicio al cliente.
- Maneje las preguntas y problemas de los clientes y cree oportunidades de venta en persona, por telfono y mediante el uso aprobado de las redes sociales.
- Desarrollar un conocimiento continuo y actualizado de los productos y servicios de Metro by T-Mobile.
- Mantener las operaciones de la tienda, como tareas de apertura y cierre, control de inventario, administracin de efectivo, limpieza general, funciones de oficina, instalacin de exhibidores y cumplimiento de los estndares de mercancas.
- Crear planes de accin personales diarios y mensuales para superar los objetivos de ventas.
- Participe en eventos comunitarios y esfuerzos de marketing local segn sea necesario.
- Capacidad para estar de pie o caminar durante perodos prolongados (hasta dos horas seguidas).
- Se requiere algo de flexin y torsin (por ejemplo, para ayudar a abastecer las paredes o contar el inventario).
- Capacidad para levantar al menos 40 libras. sin ayuda.
- Tipos de trabajo: tiempo completo, tiempo parcial
Pago: $12.00 - $16.00 por hora
