What You'll Do

As a Dining Cook, you'll help create exceptional dining experiences by preparing flavorful, nutritious meals that exceed resident expectations. Working in a professional kitchen environment, you will:

• Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to recipes, dietary guidelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure meals are presented attractively and served at the proper temperatures.
• Assist with food preparation, production planning, and inventory management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Follow food safety and infection control guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with culinary team members to deliver outstanding service and resident satisfaction.
• Support special events, holiday meals, and community dining experiences.

What We're Looking For

• Previous cooking experience in a restaurant, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or high-volume food service environment preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation practices, and kitchen safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Ability to read and speak English.

Compensation & Benefits

Job Type: Full Time

Competitive Hourly Pay: $16.50 - $22.00, based on experience and culinary skills
