Position Summary Senior Program Leadership: Leads a team of project managers (FTE and contractors) accountable for execution across large-scale, highly technical programs Technology Expertise: Brings deep experience across applications, middleware, messaging, database, cloud, and AI technologies—required to manage the complexity and interdependencies of the Never Down initiatives Delivery Execution & Outcomes: Owns end-to-end delivery management including scope, milestones, risk mitigation, and achievement of defined business outcomes Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Represents the program portfolio with ADS SLT leaders, providing strategic updates, escalating risks, and driving decision-making Financial Management: Manages monthly forecasting and financial governance across assigned programs, including SOW reconciliation and coordination of CTI allocations (PMMT, GL) Governance & Compliance: Ensures full adherence to Enterprise and PMO Change Standards, including materiality assessments, tollgates, change controls, and PTO processes Agile Alignment & Tooling: Guides PMs in partnering with Scrum Masters to leverage Jira and Agile tooling to connect epics and deliverables to project milestones, ensuring consistent tracking and transparency Portfolio Reporting: Prepares and presents program and project updates for monthly portfolio cabinet routines and other executive reporting cycles Execution Oversight & Escalation Management: Maintains comprehensive knowledge of all programs and projects, driving issue resolution, managing escalations, and ensuring timely delivery across the portfolio Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing and leading (FTE and contractors) to deliver outcomes/value across three large-scale, highly technical programs Experience and technical acumen across applications, middleware, messaging, database, cloud, and AI technologies Owns end-to-end delivery management including scope, milestones, risk mitigation, and business outcomes Engagement with ADS SLT leaders for programs and projects Monthly forecasting and financial governance, including SOW reconciliation and coordination of CTI allocations (PMMT, GL) Enterprise and PMO Change Standards, including materiality assessments, tollgates, change controls, and PTO processes Prepares and presents program and project monthly portfolio reviews and other executive reporting cycles Desired Qualifications Lead partnership Engineering and Operations teams to leverage Jira and Agile tooling to connect epics and deliverables to project milestones Maintains comprehensive knowledge of all programs and projects and how each aligns with Big Rocks and Strategic Outcomes Skills Collaboration Project Management Result Orientation Solution Delivery Process Stakeholder Management Analytical Thinking Business Acumen Financial Management Influence Risk Management Agile Practices Architecture Data Management Solution Design Technical Strategy Development Shift 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week 40 #J-18808-Ljbffr SwiftCruit
