Cardiology - Interventional Physician

We are seeking a Board Certified Interventional Cardiologist for a long-term, ongoing assignment in Texas. This position offers a balanced clinical rhythm, combining daytime outpatient clinic management with acute inpatient interventions and STEMI call coverage.

Clinical Schedule & Workload

• Format: Integrated daytime clinic hours paired with subsequent facility call rotation.
• Scope of Practice: Outpatient evaluations, inpatient rounding, consultation, and emergency Cath Lab interventions (STEMIs).
• EMR Dual Tech Stack: Athena: Utilized for seamless outpatient clinic workflows.
• Medhost: Utilized for inpatient tracking and emergency department charting.

Requirements

• Certification: Board Certified (BC) Only in Interventional Cardiology.
• Licensure: Active Texas (TX) Medical License or active IMLC assignment-ready status.

Life Support: Active ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications are mandatory.
