To succeed in this role, you'll need a bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field , and either current ASCP certification or eligibility to obtain it . A strong foundation in lab procedures, comfort with digital reporting systems, and the ability to stay focused and clear-headed under pressure are all essential. But beyond the technical skills, we're looking for someone who brings calm confidence, curiosity, and a willingness to keep learning - no matter how long they've been in the field.
