Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff, including assigning tasks and ensuring adequate coverage

• Provide direct patient care as needed, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff to enhance job performance

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Identify and address potential problems or concerns related to patient care and quality of life

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Collaborate with other departments, such as rehabilitation and social services, to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

• Current licensure as an Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Florida

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Registered Nurse Supervisor in a Nursing Home

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and staff

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
