Your primary responsibilities include acting as the key link between the headquarters and the assigned region's branches, staying up-to-date with company policies, ensuring focus on increased sales, and building productive customer relations. The successful candidate will be in charge of the region's day-to-day operations and will carry out company policies and guidelines.What You'll Bring (Requirements):Multi-unit restaurant management experience in fast-casual restaurant concepts, preferredProficient in restaurant operations, front/ back of house, and point of sale systemsExperienced in leading a team through objective measures of performanceAdvanced understanding of the decision-making process, deliverable prioritization, and timelinesAdvanced ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate decisions while motivating assigned teamsStrong understanding of restaurant functions, including training, recruiting, and delegating certain tasksRequires 75% travel within the home and surrounding marketsAble to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a retail environment.Must have Food Safety Manager Certification upon hireMust have a valid state driver's license and insurance upon hireWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
