Base pay range $78,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Marketing Manager – Anime & Pop Culture *must be bilingual in Portuguese or Spanish* Hybrid in Los Angeles $78,000-85,000 Are you passionate about anime, fandoms, and Japanese pop culture? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help bring that energy to life across social media and live fan experiences throughout LATAM and North America. In this role, you’ll partner with regional teams and agencies to create campaigns that celebrate the fan community — from conventions and promotions to cross-regional storytelling. You’ll collaborate with global teams, help manage social channels, and support activations that connect fans to the brands they love. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in social media or marketing or event Passion for anime and pop culture Fluency in Portuguese or Spanish Experience in experiential or event-based marketing Strong collaborator who listens, adapts, and thrives in a global environment Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Bonus: Experience in entertainment, media, or licensing Includes travel to conventions and fan events If you live and breathe anime culture and love creating experiences for fans, we’d love to meet you!
