WelderWestside Personnel is seeking skilled welders for a tubing fabrication company serving the automotive, ATV/UTV, and outdoor power equipment industries. The ideal candidate will have experience performing MIG and/or TIG welding on metal components, reading blueprints, maintaining quality standards, and working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality welds that meet customer specifications.Shift Schedule1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AMResponsibilitiesPerform MIG and/or TIG welding on metal tubing and fabricated components according to specifications.Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work orders to ensure accurate fabrication.Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.Grind, clean, and finish welded parts as needed.Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on welding equipment.Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.RequirementsPrevious experience as a MIG and/or TIG welder in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.Strong knowledge of welding techniques, metal fabrication, and quality standards.Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges.Ability to identify weld defects and make necessary corrections.Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.Benefits of working through Westside Personnel at this positionFull time, 40 hours a week position, Monday - Friday, plus overtimePAID WEEKLYTemporary to permanent positionAdditional benefits through Westside Personnel are available to long term employees; referral bonuses, safety bonuses, health care, holiday, and vacation after requirement is metRaisesIf you have any questions please contact us.
