What You’ll Do Handle inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing smart devices. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting with product selection. Guide customers through the purchasing process, making recommendations and ensuring satisfaction. Meet performance targets and qualify for bonuses based on individual performance. Who We’re Looking For A confident, people‑oriented individual who loves talking about tech. Someone self‑motivated, upbeat, and able to assume the sale. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. No sales experience? No problem – training and support will be provided. At least six months of customer service experience. High‑speed internet access: 10Mbps+ download, 3Mbps+ upload, ping less than 175ms; no Wi‑Fi or satellite internet – Ethernet connection required. Ability to type accurately at least 30WPM. Secured workspace with a door only accessible to you during work hours. Familiarity with iOS, macOS, or comparable technology is preferred. Training: 19 days of full‑time hours, Monday through Friday 10a.m.–6:30p.m.CST, starting the week of July13. Flexibility of at least 40 hours of availability per week, with at least 8 hours on one weekend day. Work at least 16 hours per week, no more than 29 hours per week. Reside in one of Conduent’s U.S. hiring zones.
