Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Remote Booking Agent to assist clients with booking reservations and managing travel or appointment arrangements. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates effectively, and can work independently while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with booking, modifying, and canceling reservations.
  
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
  
• Verify customer information and process payments when required.
  
• Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.
  
• Recommend products, services, or travel packages based on customer needs.
  
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree preferred).
  
• Previous experience in customer service, reservations, hospitality, or travel is an asset.

• Proficiency with computers and online booking platforms.
