Come join Mirmont Broomall as a Behavioral Health Therapist II where you will provide therapeutic support to adult patients (18+) in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) setting, primarily serving individuals transitioning from inpatient psychiatric care. In this role, you will lead up to three in-person group therapy sessions daily (45 minutes each, up to 12 patients per group), utilizing a DBT-informed approach while tailoring content to patient needs without a fixed curriculum. In addition to group facilitation, you will support patient care through intake assessments, case management, and individual therapy (managing a caseload of up to 10 patients). You will be working with both step-down patients continuing care and new patients entering the program. This role requires the ability to manage complex group dynamics, while supporting our patients in their healing journey.

Behavioral Health Therapist II

Shift:

Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. No weekends, holidays or nights!

Location:

Mirmont Treatment Center- Outpatient Broomall

Experience:

Minimum 2 years experience at a Graduate-level supervised internship or practicum in a mental health setting and at least 2 years of post-graduate

Group Therapy experience required.

Education:

Master's or Doctorate in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or Master's in Social Work

Licensures/Certifications:

Pennsylvania Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor required.
