Staff Pharmacist | Cherry Hill, New Jersey

Seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join a closed-door Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Cherry Hill, NJ. This direct hire opportunity offers a structured day shift schedule and involvement in a fast-paced pharmacy environment averaging around 600 prescriptions daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and final medication reviews using the Frameworks software system (training provided)
- Oversee pharmacy technicians to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Accurately dispense medications according to protocols
- Manage workflow efficiently during assigned shifts
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
- Rotating every third weekend
- Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) vary between 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM or 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Required coverage includes at least one summer and one winter holiday
- Active and clear NJ Pharmacist license is mandatory
- Previous pharmacy experience, ideally in a high-volume setting
- Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy under pressure
- Adaptability to rotating weekend and holiday shifts
