Birchwood Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community is looking for a Director of Maintenance to join our growing team! Days Available: Monday-Friday Wage: $27.00-$37.00/hr. Benefits: Full Time

In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment.

Duties include:

• Ensures repair, maintenance, and function of building electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, floor care, vehicles and grounds meet expectations.
• Creates and implements preventive maintenance program for buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment.
• Ensures work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Consistently protects residents and tenants' safety by controlling access to chemicals and equipment.
• Attends and assists in training events to maintain and expand competencies and customer
• Responsible for the creation, maintenance, and adherence to department's budget.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated knowledge of mechanics, carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing as well as Housekeeping and Laundry operations.
• Experience in health care is preferred.
• Boilers License
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Required Education: High School or better.
