Senior CPU DFT Engineer - Low-Power, High-Performance Cores

NUVACORE, Inc. in Austin, TX is seeking a CPU DFT Engineer to drive test-related pre-silicon and post-silicon activities for a high-performance, low-power CPU.
You will define DFT architectures, develop scan and BIST insertion flows, review third-party IPs, and craft verification plans, while collaborating with design, STA and PD teams to achieve power, performance and area goals. This role also covers silicon bringup support and yield analysis.
