Abacus Staffing is expanding and opening a new office in the Greater Chicago area!
Were looking for a hands-on entrepreneurial Market Leader to build our Chicago presence from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to lead grow and make a lasting impact while driving revenue developing a winning team and expanding client partnerships.

What Youll Do
Grow revenue and expand market share.
Lead coach and develop a high-performing team.
Drive new business and strengthen client relationships.
Identify market opportunities and deliver staffing solutions.
Oversee operations and ensure exceptional service.

Drive recruiting and customer service

What Youll Bring
5 years of leadership sales business development or staffing industry experience.
Proven success growing business and leading teams.
Strong communication leadership and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
