What You’ll Do Develop, communicate and implement the vision for the market, including short- and long-term sales and operations plans to grow market share and increase brand awareness. Monitor monthly performance against sales and operations plans and make appropriate adjustments to ensure goals are met. Stay current on the competition’s activities and recommend adjustments in pricing, services and product offerings. Work with field sales to identify and develop new business relationships. Oversee P&L for the district, ensuring revenue goals are met by managing expenses and maximizing profits. Conduct monthly financial reviews with store leaders for transparency. Lead through engagement and motivation, understanding the needs of a mobile workforce and creating a culture that inspires high performance. Create a positive environment that encourages retention and drives a memorable customer experience in all stores. Partner with national leaders to standardize best practices, implement the playbook and drive change management in the field. Ensure market leaders complete the annual Talent Review Process for their direct reports. Perform all other duties as assigned. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Valid state-issued driver’s license. Six or more years of leadership experience in an operations and sales environment (auto aftermarket experience preferred). Strong knowledge of sales, marketing and operations techniques. Ability to indirectly lead, coach and achieve results through others and to develop associates so that they meet their individual career goals in line with the organization’s KPIs. Professional appearance and willingness to wear personal protective equipment. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time. Base Pay Range: $116,270.00 - $180,130.00 (USD).
