Prior administrative or file-management experience

Experience supporting Government operations or documentation workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Government vehicles (trucks, vans, etc.) to deliver messages, documents, packages, and mail to designated Government agencies and business partners.
• Transport office personnel and visitors as required.
• Perform errands, including carrying mail to and from postal facilities and sorting or processing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Obtain and document receipts for delivered items; maintain accurate logs of all items received and transported.
• Deliver materials to internal offices/departments and ensure delivery aligns with precise written instructions.
• Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned to support the contract mission.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• Ability to safely operate Government vehicles of various sizes.
• Strong reading comprehension skills to interpret delivery instructions.
• Physical capability to lift and carry 45 lbs. or more.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching.
• Professionalism, reliability, and adherence to safety and security protocols.

This position requires that you obtain a background investigation. As part of this process, the government will perform a criminal, credit, tax, employment, and drug history background check. The government has varying tolerances, with mitigating circumstances, for issues in all of the categories.
