This role is located at: 4817 Hargrove Rd Ste 200 Raleigh NC 27616.

This is a full-time paid internship at $15.00 / hour.

Responsibilities

Starting as anAccounting Intern you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement preparation and analysis. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis

• Work closely with rental branches and other departments

• Assist accounting managers with reports etc.

• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash

• Assist in accounting schedules & filing

• Perform miscellaneous administrativeduties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in a college/university in a bachelors degree program in Accounting or Finance with a graduation date between August 2027 and May 2028

• Experience in accounting accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping preferred

• Must have basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

• Must be flexible to relocate outside local area/state within a 1-3 year period to accept potential promotional opportunities

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start May 17
• Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e. DUI DWI)
