Company description: Al Coro is looking for individuals to join the Private Events department! With our newly awarded 2 Michelin stars, we are getting more inquiries than ever before and we need a dedicated Private Events team! We have opportunities for individuals seeking both full time & part time employment. Working with our Events team is a great opportunity to get exposure to the service standards of a fine dining environment while maintaining schedule flexibility or another job.
Job description: The Bar Production role is vital to the success of the cocktail program for both Mel's & Al Coro. This is a daytime position that focuses on the production of necessary mise en place for the program- including the creation of batches and tinctures and learning about draft cocktail systems. You must work with a warm, knowledgeable & noticeably appreciative demeanor. This position is designed for individuals that are eager to learn and grow professionally and is an integral part of our restaurant's success.

Qualifications
- Must have experience in a fast paced cocktail-centric environment as a Barback
- Must be able to lift & carry at least 50 pounds
- Must be comfortable with repetitive motions (such as shaking cocktails, bending & standing)
- Must have working knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
- Must have working knowledge of liquors: how they are made, brands, regional specifics
- Must have full schedule availability
- Must be able to take constructive criticisms and work well in a team dynamic
