ABOUT THIS ENTRY-LEVEL ROLE

You'll enjoy a full-time schedule with alternative shifts between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM, along with opportunities for overtime and on-call hours. Each day begins at our central location before heading out to job sites.

As our entry-level Preventative Maintenance HVAC Technician, your day will be dynamic and rewarding. You'll maintain and repair heating, cooling, and generator systems, guiding customers toward confident decisions about their home comfort. With tools in hand, you'll handle everything from diagnostics to repairs, working closely with dispatch, managers, and the parts team. You'll ensure your truck inventory is up-to-date, maintain certifications, and take pride in presenting yourself professionally. Through cross-training, you'll expand your expertise to include tankless water heaters and standby generators, ensuring you're ready to tackle any challenge that comes your way.

Here's what we need from you:

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Having a mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and excellent customer service skills would be a plus!
